The two guys were brilliant. Very quick and careful not to cause damage. Checked I was happy with everything before we left the house then checked again at the new house before they left. Very pleasant and a pleasure to have them move my furniture.

The guys were great even though they had to take everything up to the 4th floor and no lift. They were polite and helpful at all times would definitely recommend them to others.
They arrived on time. Before they started to move, walk through all the rooms checking contents looked for any damages and were polite. Loaded efficiently and I think quickly. Off loading was questions were this went or this box. Highly recommended this team for their courtesy and gentle handling of our home. Using them made this move stress FREE.

Would definitely recommend too a friend or colleague, the 'phone call' one receives upon booking is brilliant and gives you all the information you need.. our drivers were extremely punctual, dismantled two wardrobes that would not fit over stair banisters, so extremely pleased with service we received.
The lads worked really well. I was so impressed with the way they organised their work. They handled our property with care and as yet we have found no damage. They were certainly a great advert for Albert Miles . I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
Jack phoned me a few minutes before arrival. The three young men were very personable Worked extremely hard as there were a lot of small items including Art work which meant several trips upstairs to the first floor flat. The whole process went very smoothly.
The 2 lads where brilliant, arrived slightly early but not a problem soon had van loaded, put everything where we asked them to at new property. Very polite and looked after our property.
Very calm manner, good attitude , helpful, hard working and efficient, great communication. Will be using Albert Miles again as moving in 6 to 12 months
